I had cats during my childhood. Unfortunately, for the last 15 years I have lived in an apartment without cats. That is why I started to take photos of them as a reminder of my youth.
Although Zanda Indriksone did not study about animals in depth in high school or university, she gained knowledge about cats, their nature and health from her own experience. During this time she helped more than 350 cats.
No matter how resourceful Riga’s outdoor cats are, they need help surviving winter. Every day we receive a cry for help, looking for a temporary or permanent home for abandoned and homeless cats. That is why we created a project: Outdoor Cat Houses.
