AI phone tested by driving car at dogA smartphone that recognises objects is tested by using it to try to stop a car running over a dog.
It’s not clear to me whether this was tested with an actual dog as in the beginning clip, or if that was simply a cinematic reenactment with no actual risk of harm. I hate the idea of live dogs being put at the mercy of an AI prototype.
