Breed BANS are arbitrary and cruel, costing dogs their homes and lives and breaking the hearts of loving guardians, but breedING bans only put them at risk of being spayed or castrated. Why don’t animal advocates counter breed bans with breeding bans instead of fighting the concept of Breed Specific Legislation?
