Animal-rights activists are fighting backMonths before the FIFA World Cup, Russian cities began rounding up and killing street dogs in the games' host cities. Animal-rights groups say they are making little headway to protect the animals, despite the negative publicity Russia got for killing its strays ahead of the Sochi Olympics in 2014.
