Hi Vanessa! It is definitely very sad to see the pandas in such a terrible condition, it breaks our hearts too that Memphis Zoo keeps on insisting the pandas are healthy, but they are clearly not. We keep fighting for YaYa and LeLe, contacting authorities and we would appreciate a lot if you could also pressure Memphis zoo in their social media.

It is indeed heartbreaking to see the low quality bamboo they are fed, some seemed stale even and how LeLe was roaring for food and YaYa also trying to catch the keepers attention but to no avail. But we are persevering in our fight to save them.

Thank you for your response, Eva, but we wish it were true. We are still persevering to get them back to China for a much deserved retirement in their homeland where there are specialists to care for geriatric pandas.
