In July 2020, Animal People attended the annual United Nations High Level Political Forum as a member of the Animal Issues Thematic Cluster. As part of this event, Animal People Executive Director Wolf Gordon Clifton conducted a series of interviews with experts on various aspects of animal protection and sustainability. We will be releasing recordings of those interviews here on Animal People Forum.

In the video below, Dr. Chinny Krishna, co-founder of the Blue Cross of India, speaks with Wolf Gordon Clifton on TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return, also known as ABC or Animal Birth Control) for free-roaming dogs. Dr. Krishna discusses the impact of free-roaming dogs on human communities, the effectiveness of TNVR as compared to lethal culling, and the viability of TNVR as a population control method for animals other than cats and dogs.
