if i have the chance to make this again, for variation I would replace the oreo with sponge cake and brush it with malibu or pineapple cake then proceed with the rest of the layers above.

That’s so funny, I just ate at a Yard House restaurant in Denver yesterday! Didn’t try the vegan burger (though it was on the menu), but I got them to make their Gardein Thai “chicken” pizza vegan by substituting Daiya for dairy cheese, and convinced my non-veg friend to try the Gardein Mandarin orange “chicken” dish.
