I’ve heard that the Yulin festival has gotten smaller and less publicized each year. But as you describe it, the slaughter is now being done widely throughout the year. Do you think victory in shutting down the festival is in sight, and will it be meaningful if dogs and cats are still eaten in large numbers on a daily basis?
