Good news, and bad news, for bears | The Fur BearersGood news for bears out of Whistler, BC: bear/human conflict has decreased this year. The bad news: Six bears have been hit by cars and killed within the last few months. There are some obvious reasons, speeding and ignoring wildlife signage, and habituation.
